J Walter Thompson wins Murdoch University

J Walter Thompson Perth has won the creative account for Murdoch University, with the creative work commencing immediately.

The agency will be responsible for helping grow the University’s profile.

Doni Savvides, general manager, J Walter Thompson Perth said the pitch, which involved several local agencies was thorough, and the agency was “delighted to be given the responsibility to help grow the University’s profile and well-deserved market share.”

Neil Cullingford, marketing chief at Murdoch University attributed J Walter Thompson’s success to their strategic insights and creative response.

Meredith Simpson, associate planning director at J Walter Thompson Perth said in a release: “The university category has become increasingly competitive, making consumer indifference a key challenge for marketers.
