Mini Australia reappoints AFK to digital services account
Mini Australia has reappointed boutique tech solutions agency AFK, following a competitive pitch process.
The contract gives AFK an additional two years on the account, and marks 10 years of partnership for the brands, with Mini serving as a foundation client for the agency.
“AFK have repeatedly demonstrated exceptional execution around their bold ideas. Their speed to market, focus on an open client relationship and new-to-market technologies, allow us to truly optimise our digital platforms,” said Mini’s ANZ head of marketing, Alex McLean.
AFK founder, James Sugrue, added that AFK is “really proud” to work with a “prestigious client like Mini over such a period of time”.
“The combination of a client who respects an innovative, creative process and an agency team who care passionately about their delivery has created an enduring relationship,” he said.
“One that will be especially rewarded during this 60th anniversary year of Mini.”
Shouldn’t “AFK have repeatedly demonstrated exceptional execution …” be “AFK has…” as it is the third person singular? Maybe they, or their PR company, have copywriters with poor attention to grammar”.
