Griff the Invisible holds smallest second weekend drop
After what the media called a “disastrous” opening weekend for Australian films, Griff the Invisible (Paramount/Transmission) earned an additional $44,261 in its second week (a 33.2% drop from last week), for a total box office of $138,228.
The shark thriller The Reef (Pinnacle) added $28,437 (-51.13%), bringing its total figure to $106,123 , while A Heartbeat Away (Hoyts) took in $22,854 (-48.29%).
