A dash of milk needed to weaken this strong tea advertisement
Dr Mumbo loves a cuppa in the morning, and it appears Yorkshire Tea is taking a no-holds-barred approach to being Aussie’s daily provider, pleading to our kinder senses.
The brand says it is the UK’s number one brew, so it needs no help over there, but you’d think with so many Brits on our shores it wouldn’t be quite at the point of desperation Down Under that it seems to be.
While the publicist assured Dr Mumbo the ad was just a part of the brand’s tongue-in-cheek style, Dr Mumbo can’t help but think the suspiciously Photoshopped-looking image indicates the call for help is more real than we are led to believe.
Dr Mumbo will now dedicate the rest of today to starting a GoFundMe page for Yorkshire Tea’s marketing department.
Whatever happened to the seven word billboard rule? They’re going to cause an accident.
