B-Corp agency Manifest appointed creative agency for global accessory brand

Swedish accessory brand TRIWA has appointed global brand communications agency Manifest as its creative agency of record, across Australia, North America, the Nordics and the UK.

The agency will be tasked with refreshing the brand’s identity and strategy, as well as running its creative press office and executing campaigns.

The partnership is being led by the B-Corp agency’s Stockholm and Melbourne studios.

Based in Stockholm, the company’s collection of watches and accessories are designed to offer a sustainable alternative, but also to help start meaningful conversations about what it means to be a consumer product without leaving a vast amount of waste. All the watches are made from 100% recycled ocean plastic.

TRIWA tackles water pollution, fossil fuels, ocean plastics and even gun violence, with the aim of inspiring a new macro trend of well-doing among the fashion industry and beyond.

Manifest’s founder and CEO, Alex Myers, said: “One of our values at Manifest is ‘if you can’t find what you’re looking for, build it’. A truer statement couldn’t be said of TRIWA as it has spent the last 15 years instigating a number of eco innovations in not just fashion but consumer products as a whole.

“From creating the first ever ocean plastic watch to making the first consumer products from deconstructed weapons and fossil-free steel, TRIWA is a prime example of what it means to properly show up for our planet.”

TRIWA CEO, Ryan Looysen, who recently joined the company, said: “As we look to bring our ethical ethos to new products such as belts, sunglasses, jewellery and more, we knew after the very first meeting with Manifest that it was the right agency to join us on this journey.

“With a presence in all our key markets and an innovative 24-hour creative services model, in just a few short weeks the Manifest team has been instrumental in helping us navigate what the next era of TRIWA looks like.

“We have some amazing campaigns in the works and I’m very much looking forward to seeing what we achieve together by using business as a force for good,” he concluded.
