Yahoo!7 launches price comparison site Moneyhound

Yahoo!7 has launched a price comparison site for the finance sector called Moneyhound.

The announcement:

Sydney, Australia, September 6, 2011Yahoo!7 today announced the launch of Moneyhound, a free online comparison website that helps Australians take control of their finances and save money on their monthly bills.

Moneyhound compares over 2,400 products across personal finance and telco and internet products, and offers greater breadth across more categories than any other comparison site in Australia. Moneyhound includes everyday products like savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, mobile phone plans, broadband plans and, shortly after launch, will expand to utilities comparison including gas and electricity.
