Hoozu launches Huume, an influencer talent division

Talent management agency Huume has today announced the launch of Huume, an influencer talent division.

The announcement:

Hoozu Pty Ltd today announced the launch of its new talent management agency Huume. The name portrays the connection between humans & media.

Hoozu is a specialist influencer marketing agency that has been in the field for 10+ years, set out to challenge how brands grow by working with influencers.

Led by CEO Natalie Giddings, Hoozu’s impressive list of clientele include several Australian powerhouses such as Bunnings, SuperCheap Auto, Jimmy Brings, HelloFresh and Freedom Furniture. Now, with a new talent management agency under her wing, Natalie welcomes MJ Camilleri as Huume’s first Senior Talent Manager.

Camilleri is an expert in the Australian influencer landscape, having previously worked at The Ministry of Talent and, most recently, overseeing the Influencer Ambassador program at MyMuscleChef.

Ms Giddings said that Hoozu has built a wealth of experience and knows what it takes to create a successful Influencer Marketing program.

“Influencers and content creators are at the heart of the work we do. Having a family of creators of our own is an exciting next step. The results we are now getting with Influencer Marketing is tantamount to the impact of any other major broadcast channels,”

“We’ve put a lot of thought into how we’d do things differently and nurture both talent and brand together.”

“While other industries and channels, such as PR are in decline, even paid social media amplification is slowing down, ours is speeding up,” she said.

Camilleri said that “Having spent time on both sides of the equation brand and talent manager, I could see there was absolutely an opportunity to do things a little differently,”

“Everybody has their own unique story, our goal is to connect brands with people from all walks of life, to build credibility, trust and true connection.”
