Sputnik picks up new business

Corporate bookmaker Betstar has appointed Sputnik as its advertising agency.  

The announcement:

In a competitive pitch involving five agencies, corporate bookmaker, Betstar, has appointed Sputnik as its new agency of record. “We felt Sputnik was best suited to provide the strategic and traditional advertising services that we needed, whilst having the digital expertise that is imperative to grow an online business like ours,” said Alan Eskander, Managing Director of Betstar. Betstar is a family owned, corporate bookmaking business that competes with the likes of Sportsbet, Sportingbet and Centrebet. Operating primarily online, Betstar offers betting on a wide range of racing, sports and entertainment events. Sputnik has been appointed to produce a range of integrated campaign elements including: radio; outdoor; online banners; social media; events; electronic direct mail and website development.
