Seven wins the week
Seven won last week’s TV ratings battle with a narrow victory over Nine, and has started the new week the same way.
It finished week 10 with a primetime share of 30% to Nine’s 27% – a far more comfortable margin than the previous week, driven by a very strong Friday night. Ten took 21.7% of the week’s peak time share, the ABC 15.9% and SBS 5.5%.
Last night saw viewers tune in for Seven News at 6pm, then stay for most of the night. Sunday’s share: Seven 29.2%; Nine 26%; Ten 24.3%; ABC 15.9%; SBS 4.6%.
