MercerBell adds four senior staff to leadership team

Customer experience agency MercerBell has announced four internal leadership promotions.

Paul Henderson has extended his role to become general manager of operations. He has been with the agency for 17 years and will continue to lead the production and technology teams.

Matt Olanda has also been promoted to client services director after five years with the agency, during which he’s run accounts such as Caltex and Amex.

Jessica Farrell has joined the leadership team as people and culture director. Prior to starting at MercerBell, Farrell held HR roles at Virgin and Nike.

Toyota lead Ellie Ward has also taken up a leadership position, acting as the Melbourne office’s representative.

The announcement follows MercerBell’s recent hire of executive strategy director Brad Bennett and the promotion of Julie Dormand to CEO at the start of this year. All leadership roles will report to Dormand.

“Following three successful years of growth within the Publicis Groupe, we have evolved the leadership structure so that we will continue to see MercerBell thrive as a sought-after CX agency,” Dormand said.

“With these promotions, we’re in a fantastic position to continue independently servicing our clients in the customer experience space.”
