AGL, Mini and Jet Charge electrify the Mumbrella Automotive Marketing Summit as full program announced

Future mobility’s reality and how it has accelerated into the present will be debated at the Mumbrella Automotive Marketing Virtual Summit in a panel led by former Holden marketing boss turned EV subscriptions lead at AGL, Mark Harland.

Harland has shifted focus to new sector of the automotive industry

The panel completes the program for the main day on October 1 which already includes senior industry leaders from Volkswagen, DiDi, GPC and more.

Harland will be joined on the panel by CEO of Jet Charge, Tim Washington. AGL and Jet Charge recently partnered with Carbar to launch the first EV subscription service in Australia. Washing and Harland will be joined by two more speakers to be announced shortly.

Mumbrella can also confirm the addition of an extra day of sessions on October 2. Significant interest in the virtual event has allowed for a group of additional sessions to run on the Friday at various points of the day, including a soon-to-be announced international speaker.

Mini’s McLean will feature on the newly announced day of content

Already confirmed for October 2 is Mini head of marketing for Australian and New Zealand, Alex McLean. He will join founder of Lucio.AI and Tik My Day, Lucio Ribeiro, to reveal how Mini is leveraging new platforms to market its range of cars, which also now includes an EV version of the famous Mini hatch.

In this session, the duo will review the decision of using TikTok in particular as a platform with the application of data-driven segmentation and targeting, and how the auto brand took advantage of eSOV and positivity to talk to the next generation of car buyers. They will also share the results of what they achieved.

More sessions will be announced for the additional day shortly.
