March One wins first award

March One, an ad agency that was launched in May by ex-Dynamix executives Russel Moverley, Ben Coverdale and Greg Bechly, has won its first award – at the Promax Asia awards for client National Geographic.

The announcement:

New agency March One took a silver gong home from Promax Asia this week after accidently entering the larger and more competitive Asian division, instead of the Australian one held last month.

March One was awarded in the best print category for their National Geographic Channel campaign, Curiosity Week. Creative Director, Ben Coverdale, said the agency couldn’t be happier with the mix up. “It’s nice to know you’re up there with the likes of India, Singapore and Japan. And the nerves aren’t so bad when you don’t know you’ve entered.”

March One’s client list includes a number of subscription television channels. The win will no doubt help them cement their position in the market.
