Brisbane’s 97.3FM gives Bianca, Terry & Bob its ‘biggest ever’ marketing push
The Australian Radio Network is giving 97.3 FM’s newly formed breakfast team of Bianca, Terry and Bob the benefit of its biggest ever marketing push in Brisbane in a new campaign anchored heavily in outdoor.
The marketing drive comes as Bianca Dye joins Terry Hansen and Bob Gallagher, replacing Robin Bailey who was dropped from the show just weeks before the final survey of the year when the trio regained the top breakfast slot.
It was a pyrrhic victory for Bailey, who has since signed with Triple M and is joining Greg Martin and Ed Kavalee.
ARN will promote the new team with the help of a fleet of scooters and Adshel street furniture sites for the campaign.
Backed by the line, “Fun, Real & Brisbane” ARN national content director Duncan Campbell said the marketing drive was an important element in the station retaining the lead in breakfast.
“We’ve developed a strong marketing campaign that captures the charisma and chemistry of Bianca, Terry and Bob, as well as their unique personalities,” Campbell said.
“It’s our biggest and best Brisbane marketing campaign to date, with an aim to further strengthen our engagement with our Brisbane audience.”
